Ajay has been practicing law for almost 19 years and has built his forte in Civil and Commercial litigation in various District and High Courts.

Ronnie, a LLM. in banking, finance and Intellectual Property Laws, was admitted to Bar in 2017 and is a key member of the banking litigation team of the firm and has 7 years of extensive experience with matters pertaining to Debt Recovery and Security Interest Enforcement matters under the relevant provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI) and Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (RDBA) for an on behalf of various public/ Private Sector Banks and Financial Institutions. He has extensive regular appearances before Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Debts Recovery Tribunals and Appellate Tribunal and other forums representing other associated clients before all district courts, tribunals and commissions across NCR. He also has keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights and is regularly appearing before The Trademark Registry, The Copyrights Office and Intellectual Property Division of the Hon'ble Delhi High Court representing domestic and international clients from various industries and technological fields for Intellectual Property Portfolio Management and Prosecution. Yash has been a key member of the team handling litigation relating to media, broadcasting and telecommunication laws and regularly appears before Telecom Dispute Settlement Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.
