Kunal Tandon was admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi in 2003 (Enrolment No. D/897/2003). Having worked in various industries and sectors, he has extensive experience in a variety of cases ranging from dispute resolution and alternate dispute resolution. He has also been involved with corporate and commercial law, infrastructure, banking, joint venture/amalgamation/ merger, foreign collaboration, foreign investment, real estate, property, intellectual property rights, telecommunications, information technology, software contracts, media and entertainment, regulatory litigation and advisory, etc. Over the years, he has advised and worked very closely with a number of multi-national companies, private equity funds, financial institutions, and business houses as well as spearheaded many large disputes in various courts and tribunals.

Having worked with clients in various sectors, industries, many PSUs, and the regulatory authorities, Kunal would be best suited for being empaneled with almost 20 years (approx.) experience at the bar, and his able colleagues in the office. He can advise on matters from time to time, strategize for future disputes, if any, draft communication between the parties, and most importantly, appear personally to defend the Client in various kinds of matters, like petitions under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the arbitration proceedings. Having argued innumerable matters in court (as per the list attached), in the majority of the cases, Kunal can appear on his own, thus saving costs for the client.
